Welcome LuteBizLaw.org, a publication of the School of Business at Pacific Lutheran University.  LuteBizLaw.org is a student and faculty collaboration publishing content of interest regarding current events in the area of business law.

Students often work hard on term papers and other project which are typically read one time by the instructor who is grading it or maybe by other students; however, this work can be a valuable contribution to the general knowledge and debate on important topics.  The purpose of this blog is to make that content available to the public and provide students with an opportunity to publish their work.

A list of recent articles is on the right side of this page and you can see a full list of the blog posts by navigating to the “Blog Posts” page on the menu above.

We primarily cover recent Supreme Court cases or cases of federals appeals court cases, state Supreme Court cases or other cases or related topics of note and of interest to business law students.

While we are primarily a faculty/student publication, we will consider submissions from the public.  Please see our submission guidelines.

Thank you for visiting our blog and for engaging with our faculty/student content.  If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.
